November Reading Competitions

14th November 2017

November Reading Competition For Years 3 to 6

This November sees the first of many competitions taking place in our wonderful Library and Resource Centre. Poetry can be an exciting, funny and moving form of literature but often overlooked by our younger students, so this month we are encouraging them to dip into this new " world "  and whoever reads the most poetry books and makes a poster showing their favourite poem, will be able to choose a book as a prize!!

November Reading Competition For Senior Students

To encourage older readers to step out of their comfort zone and choose something different we are holding a Mystery/Detective Competition. The student who reads the most in this genre will be able to choose a book as a prize. Agatha Christie, Andrea Camilleri, Alexander McCall Smith and Karen McManus are just a few of the authors they can choose from.

Good luck and get reading!!
